The Guest Relations Department is at your disposal throughout your stay to assist you with anything you may require.
Kindly contact our Guest Relations Department, responsible for the Mythica service by dialling 7204 or via the Reception.
Express check – in & check – out:
Mythica guests may request an early check- in (from 12:00 hrs) and a late check-out (until 18:00 hrs).
Kindly note, this service is subject to availability.
Additionally, upon request, a pre-print of your bill will be sent to your room.
Arrival Welcome pack:
Flowers, Aquila Wine, Greek Sparkling Wine, a platter of fruits, tea & coffee facilities, as well as, an espresso coffee machine (2 capsules provided per day) will await you upon arrival. Kindly note, that your mineral water will be renewed every other day during your stay.
Standard guests have an additional tray charge per order for room service; however, Mythica guests have no such fee and can enjoy room service requests delivered to their room, without the additional tray charge.
Dine – Around offer:
Our esteemed Mythica guests that are on Half-Board or Premium All Inclusive board basis can enjoy their dinner in both of the a la carte restaurants, “Mirabello” & “Culinarium”, which includes every item on each respective menu, whereas the Highlights, drinks and some of our thematic nights are optionally available at an additional fee. For the below dinner and thematic nights’ options, you will need a reservation:
