- Upon arrival, your dedicated driver will be awaiting you outside the arrivals lounge with a personalized sign.
- The scenic drive from Heraklion International Airport (66 km) to the resort takes approximately one hour.
- The journey from the Heraklion port (70 km) is also approximately one hour.
- Taxi fare is €90 each way, accommodating up to 3 adults and 4 suitcases.
- For larger groups (4-6 adults), we offer comfortable minivans at €170 each way.
- Should you require alternative transportation arrangements, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@aquilahotels.com for options and pricing.
- In the event of a “no-show” due to a guest leaving the airport or port without contacting the hotel at least 4 hours in advance, the full transfer fee will be charged.
- If any changes to the booking (including incorrect date or time of transfer) result in the taxi being dispatched, the full transfer fee will be charged. Therefore, please ensure all transfer fields are filled out correctly to avoid any issues.
